Cuddle Clones Partners With Louisville Metro Police

Louisville, Kentucky, July 11, 2018 – Cuddle Clones, an award-winning Louisville company that specializes in creating the highest quality custom products made to look like people’s pets proudly announced a partnership with the Louisville Metro Police Department earlier this morning at 8th Division Headquarters.

“LMPD is excited about our partnership with Cuddle Clones,” said Major Jamey Schwab, 8th Division Commander. “So often our officers respond to traumatic events and have minimal resources to console grieving children. Having another resource such as this gives us an incredible way to provide that extra level of compassion and care so desperately needed.”

The company offers customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Each year, Cuddle Clones receives about 150 plush animals returned for various reasons. The company’s CEO Brennen Lawrence said they wanted to do something positive with these animals and supporting our local police department is a great way to give back to our community.

“Emergencies occur throughout our community,” Lawrence said. “We felt this was a good fit because our animals provide a sense of security or relief at times. We knew this donation would have an immediate impact.”

Cuddle Clones is donating about 150 plush animals, with one box going to each of the department’s eight patrol divisions. Lawrence said the company plans to make an annual donation based on the number of returns the company gets each year. To-date the company has sold more than 30,000 plush clones.

Cuddle Clones also makes other plush items that look like your pet, including slippers, holiday stockings and golf club head covers. The company also carries a line of non-plush items that look like your pet, including jewelry, figurines, ornaments, and much more.
