Cuddle Clones operates an SMS and MMS messaging program (the “Messaging Program”) for transactional updates, customer-care responses, and — where you have given express written consent — promotional messages. How We Use Mobile Data. The mobile information you provide to us — including your mobile telephone number, consent record, and message history — is used solely to operate the Messaging Program, deliver the messages you have requested, fulfill orders, provide customer service, and meet our legal recordkeeping obligations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related rules.
No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Data for Marketing. We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use. The categories of third parties that may process mobile data on our behalf are limited to our SMS platform provider, mobile network carriers required to deliver messages, and other vendors strictly necessary to operate the Messaging Program.
