The first one I received came cracked on the corners and after reaching out to customer service, they were able to correct the issue and send me a new one. They were quick and understood the issue right away and made it right. The quality of the picture itself is amazing. I look at it all day everyday and can’t thank them enough for creating this beautifully made picture of my baby.
