Our Customer Care Team works closely with our artists by providing your feedback, comparison photos, and detailed notes to help ensure the requested changes are made.
Before we ship your altered item back to you, we'll send you photos of the completed alteration for your approval. This gives you the opportunity to review the updated item and confirm you're happy with the changes before it leaves our facility.
