My mom ordered me a set of the long sleeve pajamas with my soul dog who passed and my current dog for Christmas. She accidentally ordered navy rather than light blue, and once received, my soul dog who was black did not show much in the set. We contacted customer service, explained the situation, and Bruna was so kind to have another complimentary pair made on light blue for me. I am really picky about fabrics for my clothing. These pjs are absolutely perfect! The fabric is super soft and stretchy. I will probably live in these. It certainly doesn’t hurt that my cute fur baby is on them either!

The processing and creation time for your custom pet pajamas is approximately 3 weeks without rush creation (2 weeks with rush creation). After that, they will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout (Shipping times will vary based on if you select standard or expedited shipping).

Yes! As long as you can provide a clear face photo of your pet, we can create pajamas featuring them. Whether it's a dog, cat, bird, or even a lizard, we've got you covered. However, please note that the sizing for our custom pet pajamas is specifically designed for dogs, so be sure to review the size chart to find the best fit for your pup.
To ensure the longevity of the print and the fabric, it's recommended to wash the pajamas in cold water, inside out, and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the printed area.

Occasionally, our designers will be unable to use the photos you provide to complete your order. In this case, please visit the "Requests" page in your account to see what our designers need to proceed with your order!
All of our custom pet products go through a careful QA process beginning with the pictures of your pet provided. If for any reason we are concerned that your pictures will not give you the exact product that you want we will reach out via email and text message, 3 times, before cancelling your order and supplying you with a gift card to re-start the order when you are ready
Expedited shipping options available for your order will be listed at checkout. All tracking numbers are generated immediately after creation is completed. Tracking numbers will begin receiving updates after your order is transferred to our sorting facility.
Yes! Our website is set up for international ordering, and international customers can pay with either a credit card or PayPal. Please note that you might be required by your country of origin to pay duties and taxes when you receive your order and that Cuddle Clones is not responsible for these fees as they are imposed by your country’s government.
