The processing and creation time for your custom pet pajamas is approximately 3 weeks without rush creation (2 weeks with rush creation). After that, they will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout (Shipping times will vary based on if you select standard or expedited shipping).

However, please note that the sizing for our custom pet pajamas is specifically designed for dogs, so be sure to review the size chart to find the best fit for your pup.
To ensure the longevity of the print and the fabric, it's recommended to wash the pajamas in cold water, inside out, and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the printed area.

All of our custom pet products go through a careful QA process beginning with the pictures of your pet provided. If for any reason we are concerned that your pictures will not give you the exact product that you want we will reach out via email and text message, 3 times, before cancelling your order and supplying you with a gift card to re-start the order when you are ready
Expedited shipping options available for your order will be listed at checkout. All tracking numbers are generated immediately after creation is completed. Tracking numbers will begin receiving updates after your order is transferred to our sorting facility.
Yes! Our website is set up for international ordering, and international customers can pay with either a credit card or PayPal.
