Note - By accepting a Plush Alteration, you acknowledge exemption from our money-back guarantee, and the order no longer qualifies for a refund.
Refunds: If you choose not to take advantage of our alteration option, a full refund is available for all eligible products.

The following products areexcluded from refunds/Money Back Guarantee : Mugs, Blankets, Socks, Pajamas, Pillows, Portraits, Knit Sweaters, Tumblers, All apparel, Accessories, Wrapping Paper and Gift Cards. If your order was lost, damaged on delivery or has a quality issue not related to the image submitted, the order will be remade at no additional cost.
For international orders - shipping, duties/taxes and rush on Plush products are not refundable.
We’ll guide you through the process if your item needs to be returned for any reason. In most cases, there’s no need to send the item back.
If your product is incorrect or arrives damaged, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We define incorrect products as those:
That arrived broken or damaged
That do not follow your customization selections (e.g., selected sitting position but received standing)
That includes errors due to our mistake (e.g., misspelled sewn-in labels)
That are defective (e.g., split seams)
If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo at info@cuddleclones.com and we’ll send a replacement.
Tracking:Available for all orders. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us.
Marked as delivered but not received: Please allow 10 days from the delivery date for the package to arrive. If it still hasn’t shown up, reach out to us.
Note:For packages marked as delivered, we offer a one-time courtesy replacement after receiving a missing package claim number from the courier. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
Carriers may contact you directly using the phone number on file. They will attempt delivery twice before returning the order to us.
Orders returned to us will be refunded to the original payment method. International shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-refundable. Any refunds for orders paid via gift card will be returned to the gift card.
Cuddle Clones is not responsible for duties charged by couriers. Shipping, duties, taxes, and rush fees are non-refundable.
Must be applied at the time of checkout. We cannot retroactively apply discounts after an order is placed.
Must be included with your return to receive a full refund. If not returned, the refund will be reduced by the value of the gift.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please allow 3–5 business days for the bank to post the refund.
